Food-label serving ledgerCalcium total from food labels: serving calculator
Add calcium milligrams from your food labels and the number of label servings you ate. Review each calculation, edit your food list and print its subtotal.
Have your food labels beside you. Use the calcium mg per serving column, with the same food preparation stated on the label. A label serving is a reference amount, not a portion recommendation.

Subtotal for recorded foods
No entries yetAdd your first food to begin.
Each row = calcium mg per label serving × label servings eaten. The subtotal adds unrounded row values, then displays the nearest mg. Positive amounts below 1 mg display “under 1 mg”. Labels are rounded and food composition varies; this is an estimate, not the amount your body absorbs.

Add up the foods you choose to record
Copy calcium milligrams from the per-serving column of each food label, record that serving size, and enter how many of those servings you ate. Half a label serving is 0.5. Add up to 20 foods, review the arithmetic, then print or download the list.
What if my label shows only a calcium percentage?
This calculator needs milligrams (mg). Do not enter a percentage as milligrams. Check the manufacturer’s nutrition information for the calcium mg amount per serving. The tool does not convert % Daily Value or look up foods.
Is this my complete daily calcium intake?
It is only a subtotal of the foods you added. Missing foods are unknown, not zero. It does not add supplements, estimate calcium absorption, assess bone health, or tell you how much calcium you personally need. Reloading clears the list; print or download it first if you want a copy.
