Footwear rotation scheduler

Shoe rotation planner for sweaty feet: a 7-day schedule

Make a seven-day shoe rotation schedule using pairs you already own. Add last-worn dates, choose spacing between wears, and print a draft with any unassigned days.

Free to use Part of Playbook 03

Give your usual footwear some space between planned wears. The NHS advises alternating shoes and letting them dry before wearing them again. This scheduler checks a calendar-spacing rule; it cannot tell whether a pair is dry or suitable to wear.

Use the pairs you already have

This is your planning choice, not a drying-time recommendation. One unused day means a Monday wear can be followed by Wednesday at the earliest. No times of day are recorded.

A last-worn date is optional, but leaving it blank means spacing before this plan cannot be checked. Dates must be earlier than the first planned day. Excluded pairs’ dates are preserved and ignored until you include them. Include only pairs you intend to consider for these days; check actual dryness, fit, activity and dress requirements yourself.

One to six pairs. A single pair is allowed; days that do not meet your spacing rule stay unassigned.

A rotation is one part of foot care

Let shoes dry before wearing them again. Keep feet clean and dry, including between toes, and use clean socks. A longer planning gap still cannot predict when wet footwear will dry.

Persistent foot odor, sweating that affects daily life, or skin symptoms may need advice from a pharmacist or healthcare professional. A shoe schedule does not diagnose the cause or replace treatment.

Plan gaps between shoe wears using your own pairs

Label one to six pairs, optionally enter their previous wear dates, and choose a start date and calendar-spacing rule. Create the seven-day draft, review unassigned days and next-use dates, then print or download it. Check actual dryness before every wear.

Does one unused day mean my shoes will be dry?

No. One unused day is only a calendar rule: a Monday wear can be followed by Wednesday at the earliest. The planner cannot measure moisture or predict drying. Check that footwear is dry and suitable yourself.

Can I repeat the same seven-day rotation every week?

Do not treat the output as a repeating cycle. A two-pair seven-day draft can end on the same pair it starts with. Review the next-use dates, update for actual wears, and check dryness before making another dated plan.
