Bloating & Digestion

Habit experiment board

7-day bloating and eating-habit tracker

Track one eating habit and digestive comfort over seven days. Create a simple observation board, review your notes, and print or download it.

Free to use Part of Playbook 04

This board is an observation aid, not a treatment trial. Seven days is a convenient worksheet length, not a validated testing period. Symptoms vary naturally; an improvement does not prove a cause.

Choose a change that fits your life

Pick just one. Keep your usual meals and prescribed care. No food exclusions, supplement recommendations, or fluid limits are part of this tool.

Choose an option only if it fits your needs. If a straw or other aid helps you drink safely, follow your care team's advice.

This board does not save automatically. Print or download before closing the page. Entries are not sent to our server. If you create a file, keep it somewhere private.

When an experiment is not the next step

Discuss symptoms that bother you, change suddenly, or come with abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, or weight loss with a health professional. Do not delay seeking care to complete this board.

Make the most of this tool

Track an eating habit and digestive comfort for seven days

Choose one manageable habit, such as an unhurried meal, and note when you will try it. Record daily observations and review the board without treating a pattern as proof of a cause.

Can I use this as a bloating food-intolerance test?

No. The board records whether you tried one habit and how comfortable you felt. It does not identify intolerances, diagnose digestive conditions, or prove that a habit caused a change.

What if I miss a day in the seven-day tracker?

Leave that day blank. The review separates missing observations from the experiences you recorded, so a missed day does not become a negative result.

Behind this tool

The habit options draw on NIDDK guidance. The seven-day layout and review questions are design choices, not a validated clinical protocol. Research checked October 8, 2026.
