Choose one fold or Compare both, then select a stage or use Previous and Next. The drawings stay still until you change the stage. Practice the hand movements outside your body using your own cup, or print the complete two-fold reference.
This tool shows two hand movements without selecting a fold for your anatomy or cup. Shape, firmness and technique vary. The drawings cannot predict comfort, fit, opening or leaks. Follow your own cup maker’s instructions.
No. It is an outside-body folding reference. It does not show placement, test a seal, provide wearing times or explain removal. Read the instructions for your particular cup before using it. A menstrual disc is a different product and is not covered here.
Research checked October 10, 2026. Two manufacturers describe these hand movements. Cup shape, material and instructions vary; these drawings do not reproduce a particular product.
